Need to loosen the version check for mmcv given most recent release of 2.2.0 at

mmdetection/mmdet/__init__.py

Line 9 in cfd5d3a

mmcv_maximum_version = '2.2.0'

Do the versions work together ?
I need to use mmdet but just upping the version number does not feel right 😂
