Dropdowns are not openable with enter key (toc/basemap-switcher and selection widget)

Bug description

Steps to reproduce

When using either the basemap dropdown inside the toc widget or the selection topic dropdown inside the selection widget, it is not possible to open it via the Enter Key, which is a common key for opening dropdown (combobox-select-only pattern provided by WCAG)

1. Focus via the TAB key one of the above mentioned dropdowns/selects
2. Press the enter key

Expected behavior

Dropdown opens.

Current behavior

Nothing happens

Chrome, Windows, Screenreader off

Detailed information

There are other dropdowns inside open-pioneer widget s(e.g. printing), where it is possible to open them via Enter. I think its a problem or misconfiguration of the react select.
