[Front-End] Improvements to User Avatar

These improvements are not urgent.

Ideally we want to:

• Have a placeholder (it'd be nice to have those colorful avatars with the initials)
• Have pre-defined Avatar sizes, like we have for the Title (<Title level={number}>)
• Be able to set the border of the Avatar (we'll probably have to use the Tailwind ring class, because border will affect the spacing).
