This pull request corrects the calculation of income taxes after 2010 when the temporary credit for motor vehicle purchases lapsed. Tax-Calculator was incorrectly assuming this credit was still part of the tax law.
This logic correction has a tiny effect on simulated income tax liabilities: about a 0.03 percent rise in most years. And it has a rounding-error effect in a some years for a few of the comparison reforms.
The

variable will be removed from theVALID_READ_VARS
set when the next version of thepuf.csv
file is distributed.This pull request resolves issue #741.
