Describe the issue you're reporting

Description

Convert OTel Monotonic Sum exemplars, if present, to Prometheus time series exemplars, see specification.

Currently, only Histogram metrics exemplars are converted to Prometheus time series exemplars. See usages of the getPromExemlar function.
