[Spanmetrics Connector] - Incorrect values for RED metrics

What happened?

Description

We tried moving to spanmetrics connector from processor. We have the exactly same config but the calls_total metric for connector is reporting wrong values after certain amount of time. The same config works fine for spanmetrics processor. Attached an image below

Likely related to #29711 which is available in 0.92 👍

@portertech I don't think it's solved with the fix #29711. The reason is, I pointed the dependency to latest on main and deployed the image but the issue still existed

@portertech I haven't configured resource_metrics_key_attributes. I will try and update here. What is the exact functionality of resource_metrics_key_attributes ?
