Describe the issue you're reporting

When running the OTel Collector on Windows without an admin user, fewer Hostmetrics metrics are collected than when running as an admin user (e.g. disk stats). I obviously don't want to run the Collector as an admin user if I don't have to, but I don't know what privileges and/or permissions the user requires in order for the Collector to be able to collect all Hostmetrics metrics. I haven't been able to find this information anywhere.

It would be great if the required privileges and/or permissions were documented.
