We removed this quite some time ago since the CI used at the time didn't support arm64. As time goes by arm64 is getting more popular and we should build our native components to support arm64.

The ARM64 machine is still not available in GitHub Actions. I also was not successful with making the emulator used in uraimo/run-on-arch-action@v2.5.0 work with dotnet build. I would be grateful for any insight and ideas.
