Also possibly should rename kotlin-coroutines and scala-concurrent:

• kotlin-coroutines -> kotlinx-coroutines
• scala-concurrent -> scala-executors (this doesn't follow the library name which is scala-library, but is more explanatory, and matches the rename of java-concurrent to executors, see Standardize config property names #1414 (comment))
