What are you trying to achieve?

I need to be able to configure the metric collection interval of the newly specified Periodic exporting MetricReader.

The Metrics SDK Configuration should have properties for configuring this.

Additional context.

opentelemetry-java's autoconfigure module currently supports a otel.imr.export.interval for this purpose, which is likely incorrect.
