Description

We have some data which are not centralized and contains OTH related information. We need to centralize them in data.ts folders, otherwise it will be difficult to replace them, text search and update them one by one.

Also we have decentralized localization titles, for example @@othrelateddata.xxxx, @npmdownloads.xxx, we need to make them generic.
