Setup and demo newsletter tools and features

Several things here:

• Demo to the team the Netlify form working, the Zapier integration, and final submission to Mailchimp
• Set up Mailchimp and Zapier with Jon's payment information
• Add @frickealissa to Mailchimp (given she'll probably be handling the creation and marketing of the newsletter)
• Add @jcstine to both Mailchimp and Zapier as an account owner

Once we get into Mailchimp, there's a silly amount of features you can do there (Google Analytics integration, setting up templates, campaigns, measurement tools, integrations with other marketing tools, etc). We can open separate issues for all those fun things.
