IP anonymization doesn't work

I made new installation on a new site, but the IP addresses shows whole. These are the settings:
Resolve Host Names OFF
Log Requests From Known Robots OFF
Log Requests From Named Users OFF
Anonymize IP Addresses ON
Fetch Referring Web Page Info OFF
I didn't activate any other modules
I tried other versions of PHP, currently using 8.2, but that didn't work too, reinstalling didn't work.
Any ideas what I did wrong? (or could be wrong?)
