VFR routes

VFR routes are "normally" routes between VFR reporting points (no precise definition exists) They are depicted as arrows, one or two-sided and with a remark. The remark is typically the altitude. Arrows could be straight or bended.

There are currently considerations on implementing this feature to complement the VFR reporting points. But this will take some time since this will require a considerable amount of refactoring and adding new code.

I want to second the request: VFR routes currently exist in "open flightmaps" but are hard to extract from there. Adding them to openAIP would be a real gain.
