There is a need for optimizing and harmonizing definitions and descriptions.

For example, when defining a term, how should the term be noted in the definition? Below are three options:

"definition": "'Cell proliferation disorder' is any disorder that...
2. "definition": "Cell proliferation disorder is any disorder that...
"definition": "Any disorder that..."

Option 2 is the one we should follow.
