When I open with a brower this URL

I can see the file
e1d0b4e3dfe282b244839c74d433c23f91396e33530e6ea9a6a0b0dd0003f199-deltainfo.xml.gz
but when I click on it, I get the same error

The misbehavior needs investigation which will be done in #404
But the problem was triggered by OBS being in maniac mode and publishing updates every few minutes for the project, which shouldn't happen anymore https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/134720
