isv:ownCloud:devel/php5-libsmbclient/php5-libsmbclient.spec contains

Release:        <CI_CNT>.<B_CNT>oc

source_validator gives a fatal error: "Invalid character '<'" here.
source_validator should review the value of the Release: tag after interpolation, not before. Or it should special case the <CI_CNT> syntax.
