Use REGEX to see if a package has an update

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be neat to have a item in the UI to see if there are updates to packages relatively quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a list and or a item show up below the package in a defined color when there is an update on the site or in git.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually checking for updates like now.

Additional context
I don't know if you would want to include this in the OBS cli as well, it may be useful.
