For Factory->Tumbleweed, SLE service packs and SLE quarterly updates a snapshot repo needs to be created. So far that is only possible using the obs_admin --clone-repository command line. In order to allow release managers as well as bots to take the snapshot an API call is needed.

looks like we got yet another user, the sle15 update repo now as three snapshot repos ...
