Issue Description

bs_admin --remove-old-sources does not clean up sources from deleted projects

Expected Result

It should remove all old sources whether or not they are part of a deleted project or not

How to Reproduce

Install obs
create a project
delete the project
try to remove the uploaded source

hennevogel added the Backend label
