Diffs on old SRs not visible

Issue Description

The diffs on some old SRs are not visible (possibly for different reasons)
Revoked and superseded SRs report a diff error.

Expected Result

I want to be able to see what was changed (or proposed to be changed)

No chance. The srs do not contain this information - only accepted requests (since some time) record the source information required to calculate a diff later on.
