Display relevant number of things present in tabs before clicking them

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to know if it's worth for me to click on a tab before I click on it, a large number of projects and packages have a bunch of users/requests/subprojects, but finding that out is only possible from the show view and 3 separate views.

Describe the solution you'd like

In case of requests, the only ones relevant to most packagers will be incoming, outgoing request have a place where they will be incoming as well, and those will be represented in other project, so the total of requests will be accounted for.

Users in case of package views should only be the direct users of the package, not the ones inherited from the project.

Subprojects counted should only be the ones that are direct subprojects of the project.

Additionally to this, in case of package view, the number of revisions should also be displayed.

Hey, we resolved the issue of loading the entire history now! Might be fun to reconsider implementing this
