Issue Description

The buttons "Pause Refresh" "Download logfile" "Abort Build" are dynamically refreshed to "Download logfile" "Trigger Rebuild" when the build ends.

This means the "Download logfile" button is replaced with "Trigger Rebuild" when the build finishes.

User interaction can race with this button replacement.

Expected Result

stable button position
