Enable / Disable tickets

Current behavior:
Tickets can not be enabled / disabled

Expected correct behavior:
Often a conference provides 'Early Bird tickets'. They are shown first. Later on, the regular tickets should be shown and the early birds tickets are invisible.
Therefore it would be nice to have:

• Specify a date / time in which a ticket is shown.
• Or, allow to enable / disable the ticket and hide the disabled tickets.

This would be useful for me as well!

The other reason, is that we have both "registration" and "non-registration" tickets -- but currently only non-reg tickets (extra items, gauging interest). Eventually, I'd like to hide these tickets, and I'd like to always show the registration columns on the physical tickets views.
