Question Builder for Registrations

We have a lot of features currently which are basically questions organizers can come up with for attendees. Currently we have:

• dietary choices: multiple choice
• supporter level: one choice
• social event: yes/no
• partner attending: yes/no
• using the conf hotel: yes/no
• handicapped access: yes/no

In issue #12 we have the next question in line. I would like OSEM to have a question builder for registrations where admins can input their own questions and choose the answer type instead of adding more and more of these hard coded into the app. We can use what we have as examples for the "builder".

@differentreality I really wanted this for the ownCloudConference but could not find this feature in the UI. I thought the Questions thing was for a questionare after the event. I suggest you add a few default questions and a small explanation text on top?!? There IS a bunch of questions being asked by default (even t-shirt size if I recall correctly) and they should be there, I think.

Otherwise, great feature - wish I had found it. I'll sure use it next year ;-)
