https://software.opensuse.org/package/intel-opencl-neo throws an error: undefined method `gsub' for nil:NilClass

This should return a 500 and not show the error to the user in the UI. It seems we are catching exception we shouldn't. 👀 I'll open a new issue for that.

This breaks all packages without description.
