Description

When the browser language is Japanese and the upgrade screen is displayed, the displayed content seems to be outdated.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Change the browser language setting to Japanese.
  2. Rewrite the version information in serverdefaults.properties.
  3. Restart OpenAM server.
  4. Access OpenAM URL.

Expected Results

The messages with the same meaning as in English is displayed.

The display in English is as follows.

Actual Results

The display in Japanese is as follows.
