Description

Error messages of Authentication REST API ignore Accept-Language Header. They seem to refer to only the default locale.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set the locale of the browser to Japanese.
  2. Start configuration of OpenAM.
  3. Set "en_US" as Platform Locale on configuration wizard
  4. After setup, The login page is displayed in Japanese.
  5. Try logging in with an incorrect password, The error message shows in English.

Expected Results

The error message shows in Japanese.

Actual Results

The error message shows in English.
