Account Information Services (API v1) related issue.
When a PSU logs into their web Online Banking, and attempts to give consent via: Clicking right-hand corner drop down > Clicking on "Give third party permissions", they are logged out and presented with a 501 error, see below screenshot.
We believe this issue only happens when attempting to give consent via the Online Banking webpage, as the same PSU can give consent through the mobile app without any issues.
Impact
Critical. This affects an unknown cohort of Barclays customers, and prevents them from sharing data via Open Banking.
