Does anyone know how localStorage works? Can I use it to save the table sorting criteria so that they don't get deleted when refreshing? Or to save them per user?

After discussions we're planning to provide a sortChanged event and a setSort method for table, so that you can keep track of user customized sorts in localStorage once their sort changed and initialize with that localStorage after the page loads
