The OCSP server crashes on receiving a request with SHA-256, because using openssl ocsp with -sha256 will crash it with an error:
*** Error in '/usr/sbin/ocspd': double free or corruption (!prev): 0xb45025f8 ***
Here is a crash file I got from Apport:

I can't reproduce this any more, closing...
