This link in the README is broken:
https://edgar.jrc.ec.europa.eu/terms_of_use.php

I guess the updated link should be this one:
https://edgar.jrc.ec.europa.eu/terms

Can you also please state the license you are releasing the data under, in particular whether redistribution is allowed?

Thanks for the heads-up, i'll check that!

The Excel file didn't have a specific license note so I didn't explicitly add one either (though i probably should add one for my processing scripts).

There is also this notice on the website: https://ec.europa.eu/info/legal-notice_en

According to the link you indicated, I guess the license should by CC BY 4.0
