Once a developer clones a repository, it's quite problematic to build the project, due to missing dependencies like a forked KTreemap library, Eclipse IDE binaries, IntelliJ IDEA binaries. This also makes harder to run it in CI.

Improve these steps, write a quick setup manual, prepare example configuration for GitHub Actions.
