Release notes for cobrapy 0.15.0

New features

  • An updated libsbml-based SBML parser.
  • Parsing and writing SBML groups to and from SBML is now possible. Support for JSON is coming soon.
  • The global configuration now contains a default solver tolerance. This is applied to models automatically.
  • cobra.Model now has a tolerance property that can directly be manipulated.

Fixes

  • Better support for SBO terms on SBML elements.

Backwards incompatible changes

  • Annotations are now read as triples.
