ℹ️ This bug only affects staging at the moment. (CSP is still in report only on prod)

Describe the bug
On staging, it's currently impossible to change your avatar because the CSP block the blob: used for the preview.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any profile (ie. https://staging.opencollective.com/captainfact_io/)
  2. Try to change the picture
  3. See error

Expected behavior
We should allow this preview. Ideally, we don't want to allow all blob but we may have to start with that for simplicity.
