Change to amount input instead of pre-defined amounts

I want to be able to type in a min and max amount myself instead of these pre-defined options:

Often I use these filters to find specific transactions or specific amount ranges which differ from these pre-set options and it would be very useful. This goes for everywhere this component is used to filter amounts (expenses, transactions, contributions, etc).

+1 The amounts are completely arbitrary and are not very useful.

There was an update to this from the design team but It was burried in a full redesign of the transactions list. We should definitely try to tackle this in isolation.

+1 I usually end up changing the value directly in the URL to achieve that
