Transformative agreements and ESAC

To specify transformative agreements, is the ESAC registry really good enough?

E.g. searching for DEAL I only get two contracts, however, I deem there are more.

Every central registry is just as good as the data which is entered

I know of five TAs (rather small onces) concluded by German institutions for 2023 that are missing in ESAC. About 50 TAs are registred in ESAC.
Its up to the consortia and individual libraries to timely register their agreements there.
