Is it possible to refer to an existing definition of the elements of the bibliographic block?

The current suggestions is repeating elements from Dublin Core in the form of

<opencost:bibliographic_information>
<opencost:Title>Pressure-induced high-spin/low-spin disproportionated state in the Mott insulator FeBO3</opencost:Title>
<opencost:Publisher>Macmillan Publishers Limited, part of Springer Nature</opencost:Publisher>
<opencost:isPartOf>Scientific Reports</opencost:isPartOf>
</opencost:bibliographic_information>

One could imagine that we change the name space so the XML could probably look like

  <opencost:bibliographic_information>
      <dc:title>Pressure-induced high-spin/low-spin disproportionated state in the Mott insulator FeBO3</dc:title>
      <dc:publisher>Macmillan Publishers Limited, part of Springer Nature</dc:publisher>
      <dc:isPartOf>Scientific Reports</dc:isPartOf>
    </opencost:bibliographic_information>
<opencost:title>The Title(tm)</opencost:title>

while defining the dc namespace. (I am unsure if we can refer to the xsd of these name spaces by urls alone so the xsd gets fetched.)
