2 limits in legend: — 20 WHO + — 50 EU

• Now there is one red limit at 50 μg/m³.
• an additional WHO limit at 20 μg/m³ (green) could be useful as "goal".

how to introduce, e.g.:
rename 50 μg limit, add limit-who in

I just had a similar issue. Some countries have even lower thresholds like 10 (i.e. Switzerland).

So maybe instead of having multiple limits, we could adjust the gradient to have distinctive color changes at least at 10, 25 and 50. Currently there is a large orange block between 60 and 200.
