QR Code support

Is it possible for the opendocman to provide QR code support to documents?
Either inserting them to documents, or just providing the URL to that document in QR format?

A customer creates certification (PDF) documents for their customers to view/download at any time.
They would like the documents the server holds to contain a QR code, as well as the email that is sent to the user. so that the customers can point their phones to the code and get the document..
That would mean when a document is uploaded, the server would need to generate a QR code, email the target customer and the admin, and insert it into the PDF file. Yeah, I know it's pretty specific.. I might have to do that bit :)
