Implement solution found in #1544

AC

  • refactor component styles to use new standard CSS/SCSS variables with minimal breaking changes
  • implement any changes necessary in brand-edx.org and brand-openedx branding packages
  • consider how consumers can change theme (using CSS variables) in MFEs during runtime and document it in Paragon's README file
