fix: remove react from dependencies. Addback to peer/dev dependencies #519

We accidentally re-added react as a normal dependency to the library. Now when people import it, they get two versions of react. This fix puts in into peer (for the library) and dev (for testing/travis).

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 87.954% when pulling 8d64538 on ttracy/fix-duplicate-react-dep into ed431e1 on master.
