Acceptance Criteria

The goal is to get the Draft Charter to a state whereby the Working Group agrees it is solid enough to put into provisional practice. The Charter is intended to be a dynamic document and subject to iteration over the next 6-12 months, with quarterly reviews on a regular cadence.
