Error getting Android mobile application

Checking the test case Mobile course available I'm trying to get a mobile application from this address: https://mobile.palm.demo.overhang.io/app.apk

UPD: I see - we didn't enable it. So let's leave the issue till the plugin will be upgraded and enabled for the demo platform.

I see Regis tested your changes and they worked! Should we wait until the PR is merged or is the support ready after having the new Palm branch?
