Tasks prior to v0.1.3 (I moved the issues of v0.1.3 milestone to v0.1.4)

• fix LV line congestion bug (cannot find issue, please add) @gplssm (postponed to v0.1.4)
• [ ] Generators: use new mviews instead of old tables supply: use new mviews instead of table for status quo scenario #225 @nesnoj (postponed to v0.1.4)
• make sure CBs are closed implement constraint on max. half-ring length #224 (comment) @gplssm
• upgrade ding0 and eDisGo to pandas==0.20.3 see eDisGo issue @gplssm
• make Release v0.1.3 (+create release notes) @gplssm @nesnoj

Should we add the package renaming? #230 (postponed to v0.1.4)

Don't forget to upload dataset to zenodo.

Seems like the generator stuff is the only task remaining..I'll start to work on it as soon as I can.
