Remove object_id from Glossary and conventions section if not used #53

I think we removed all the references to object_id and added explicit versioned_object_uid and version_uid for all the endpoints.

Quick search gives some uses of object_id in query and other files that might be incorrect or outdated:

Please double check if we still use/need object_id.
