Visual Studio installers can be downloaded from here. If your application is open source or you are just exploring the examples, you can download the Community version. Otherwise you may need to purchase a license for Professional or Enterprise.
When installing Visual Studio, make sure you enable the option that allows compilation of C++ source. For details, follow the instructions from Microsoft.
