Drops the size of initial image from 1 GB to about 45 MB. Also very secure.

The next image will add in all of our cool IP blocking, firewalls, and Apache config.

Then install OpenEMR.

Done and all dependencies / changes are in place. They also have a decent Ubuntu image that is 100 MB for backup if ever needed.

Latest version of complete image is 1.75 GB, down from 4 GB, not bad :)
Can definitely get it down further.
