When trying to start Apple III I get the message "The file couldn't be opened". Are the BIOS files missing? Maybe the ROM files from MAME could be used?
Anyway, it would be nice if the error message specified which file is missing so you don't have to guess.

Honestly, I don't think any of us have any idea what state the Apple III code is in. My nostalgia lies in primarily with the Apple II, so I've put a lot of effort into understanding and improving that code. If you want to dig into the Apple III stuff, I'd be happy to help you get started!
Unfortunately I'm not a programmer. But if you tell me what ROM files are needed for Apple III-emulation and what they are supposed to be named, and where to put them, I can see if I can get it to start with the ROM-files from MAME.
