RHEL 8.3 creates a maintenance overhead for the OE project. It currently exists as an experimental feature and no packages are released for it.
It often has older versions of compilers and tools which prevent us from moving to the latest. One example of this is clang-11 is available on Ubuntu 2004 but not on RHEL 8.3 which is what we use in CI.
If the community is not using RHEL 8.3, we would like to drop support.
